Refund policy

We have a 7-days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To initiate a return, customers must ship the item back to our registered address at their own cost. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

Damages and issues

We conduct thorough quality checks on all products before dispatch. In the unlikely event that you receive a product with a defect, please contact our customer care team immediately. Ship the defective suit back to us, and upon verification, we offer a replacement suit (subject to availability) or a refund directly to your bank account. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, amount will be refunded to your bank account within 10 business days.
