Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 24 hours of receiving your order (or within 24 hours of purchase for in-store purchases).

All exchanges are processed at our Kingston storefront only.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and have all original tags attached.

Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.

Refunds

All sales are final.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
